Matthew Eames

Founder & Group CEO

Matthew began his career as a Lloyd’s underwriter before transitioning to a global recruitment firm in 1998, where he quickly became the top-performing consultant among over 600 colleagues. In 2002, he founded Eames Consulting, a specialist recruitment business, and later expanded the Group with the creation of Eames Partnership, an executive search and market intelligence practice, and most recently, ECMS, delivering advisory-led managed services.

As the Group CEO and a member of the Board, Matthew defines and oversees Eames Group’s international strategy, cultivating client relationships and driving market presence across the UK, USA and Asia. Under his leadership, the Group has grown to over 130 employees and £60 million in turnover.
