I joined Eames Group in January 2022 as Head of HR. In my role, I work with key stakeholders across the UK, Asia and USA offices to support and advise on a range of HR matters.
The core responsibilities in my role are managing employee relation issues, ensuring local legislation and best practice is followed, reviewing and improving policies and procedures, and identifying and implanting HR initiatives across the Group. I also lead our Group-wide Belong@Eames initiatives which aim to drive action and awareness of diversity and inclusion with a focus on: professing female talent, race and culture, Pride@Eames, Parents@Eames and neurodiversity and mental health.
I’m always looking for innovative ways to enhance and improve the employee experience at Eames Group, and enjoy working collaboratively with my peers to do this.
