I am the executive assistant to Group Founder Matthew Eames, Ruth Foster (COO), and Ed O'Connell (CEO - UK), and I also support the rest of the Board when required.
I assist with booking and managing internal meetings and travel arrangements and organising internal events such as the summer party, incentives, and Christmas party.
Having joined Eames in 2014 as office manager, I’ve been dedicated to developing myself and have progressed my career to executive assistant.
I pride myself on getting things done. Collaboration is key in my role, as I work closely with internal stakeholders and other departments.
