Credit & Treasury Manager

I am the credit and treasury manager responsible for making sure fees and payments are collected on time across all entities globally.

I'm responsible for minimising risk, maximising cash availability, ensuring the business can operate efficiently, and raising permanent placement payments.

I pride myself on working in a timely manner and getting the task completed. I always strive to meet and surpass my goals and always keep a positive attitude.

I joined Eames in 2010 following a career with Walkers Crisps and other blue-chip companies.

What is it about Recruitment that has kept you in the industry?

It's a rewarding industry, and we have a fantastic group of people, and we all work together towards the end goal – success. I have loved every minute of working at Eames.

What is the proudest moment of your career?

When I joined Eames all those years ago, within the first three months, I collected a much needed £10mn; I was awarded the MVP!
