I'm seeking a Learning and Development Consultant to join our L&D team. It's a great opportunity for an experienced 360 recruiter who wants to transition into an L&D position or an L&D professional who's had some prior sales experience. 

Who you are:

  • A passionate L&D professional with sales recruitment experience or an experienced 360/BD recruiter who takes/will take pride in delivering world-class sales training and supporting people with their professional development.

  • Experience in delivering sales training in a high-performance environment is preferred but not mandatory.

  • A team player whose default mode is collaboration and ‘winning together’.

  • You're hungry to learn and have a restless desire to develop your knowledge and specialism.

  • You anticipate change and embrace it, always striving for continuous improvement.

  • You champion others to bring out the best in everyone - you'll help shape our culture.
