Eames Group are looking for an experienced marketing executive for a content and business development focused role, leveraging insights and knowledge from across the sales team to drive revenue and client engagement.

The role is based in London, but has a global remit, supporting all brands within the Eames Group portfolio.

We are at a really exciting juncture in the Eames growth story and are looking for someone who is passionate about the impact marketing can have on sales, with the drive, ambition and innovation to deliver on our marketing plans.

What will you be doing?

Content Marketing

Produce and distribute high-value content that strengthens Eames Group's position as a thought leader, drives client engagement, and supports business development efforts.

  • Writing, editing and producing content across formats, including blogs, market reports, salary benchmarking guides, newsletters and social media

  • Track KPIs such as newsletter open rates, content downloads, and blog engagement and use analytics to refine content strategies and enhance impact on client development

  • Amplify content reach through social media, email campaigns, and targeted distribution and ensure all materials are optimised for different formats and platforms

Account-Based Marketing

Develop and execute a content-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plan, targeting key Eames Group accounts with personalised, engaging content that nurtures relationships, accelerates pipeline growth, and drives revenue.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to create tailored content for Eames Group target accounts, addressing clients’ unique pain points, business challenges, and opportunities

  • Design and implement ABM campaigns that build awareness and foster engagement within target accounts

  • Equip the sales team with high-impact materials, including one-pagers, case studies, and presentations, to support their outreach to decision-makers within target clients

Sales Collateral

Design and produce high-quality brochures and sales collateral that communicate Eames Group’s value proposition and support the sales team in converting leads into customers.

  • Develop a suite of brochures, one-pagers, and pitch decks to promote Eames Group brands and services

  • Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity and tone of voice

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs and create collateral that supports each stage of the sales funnel

Feedback & Testimonials

Manage a client feedback process, collecting actionable insights and testimonials that drive business development and enhance client trust.

  • Manage a streamlined process for gathering client feedback across key touchpoints, with a focus on identifying areas of success and improvement

  • Extract impactful client testimonials and ensure they align with the Eames Group’s messaging and tone of voice

  • Leverage testimonials and feedback insights in sales presentations, case studies, and marketing campaigns

Leveraging technology and reporting

Leverage marketing technology, including automation tools and Salesforce, to streamline campaign execution, enhance lead nurturing, and track and report on ROI.

  • Utilise available automation platforms to create, execute, and optimise email campaigns, workflows, and lead-nurturing sequences

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce data integrity, ensuring marketing campaigns are properly tracked

  • Define and monitor KPIs for marketing campaigns and create dashboards and reports within Salesforce to provide insights into campaign performance and ROI

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in a similar role, from within the recruitment sector or elsewhere

  • Able to align content strategies with business development goals, using insights and creativity to drive measurable results

  • Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences and channels

  • A team player who thrives in cross-functional environments, working seamlessly with sales, business development, and leadership to deliver impactful campaigns

  • Able to manage your own project timescales – you’ll have excellent stakeholder management

  • You’ll need an eye for design and have the ability to work within our brand guidelines, but also able to come up with creative ideas for brand assets

  • You’ll be agile and adaptive, ready to try new technologies, ways of working and new ideas

Why Eames Group?

  • Earn a competitive salary and bonus scheme and other benefits including your birthday off

  • Exposure to global, multi-brand marketing, reporting into the Group Marketing Director

  • Hybrid working model, offering up to two days a week working from home

  • Personalised development plan and opportunity to progress to management
