I am the Chief Operating Officer for Eames Group, supporting all offices and entities. I was appointed to the Board in 2020.

Within my role, I oversee all aspects of human resources, learning and development, talent acquisition and marketing and am committed to aligning these functions to the overall ‘Future at Eames’ strategic plan.

My Eames career started in 2010 when I joined a recruitment desk as a team leader in London before transitioning into an HR role. I have always had a passion for people, and this move enabled me to support the business by developing long-term people strategies that drive growth.

I am results-driven and am passionate about combining culture, purpose, leadership, and inclusivity to create work environments full of opportunity.

We believe an inclusive culture is one where everyone feels empowered to be themselves and feel like they truly belong. A place where people can develop, have fun, and create opportunities. We believe in a culture that develops as we grow but always stays true to our core values. As Chief Operating Officer, I am committed to embedding and upholding our company values and developing purpose-driven growth strategies with our leadership team.

What does being an opportunity maker mean to you?
Eames, for me, has always been a business that has boundless opportunities- it’s meritocratic, so you have to push yourself every day, working towards both individual, team and business goals, but if you do, you can achieve whatever you want to here.

What Eames value resonates with you the most and why?
Personal accountability is a critical skill in life, success, and the working world. You have to own your performance, ask questions of yourself to drive progress and look for solutions. Everyone will have a bad day, everyone will have things happen beyond their control, but the quicker you pick yourself up and dust yourself off and take accountability, the happier you will be and the more success you will have.
