As a senior marketing executive at Eames Group, I work hard to make sure we’re always engaging with our communities in the best way possible. My main responsibilities are to connect with and grow our communities and embody our values while helping the business reach their goals. Collaboration is key and I love exploring with each team how we can creatively make a statement.
I believe if you’re agile, creative and focused, you can make anything happen. Being an opportunity maker is very important and underpins most of what I do on a daily basis. Recruitment is a fast-paced industry with professionals from all different backgrounds. It’s a landscape with massive potential, packed to the brim with people who have good ideas. This is what keeps me in the industry, no two weeks are the same!
The proudest moment of my career so far is becoming a mum. This has pushed me beyond what I thought I was ever capable of; it has given me a new sense of confidence and drive which will see me far in my future as a marketing professional.
