Neha Gaibi promoted to Senior HR Consultant

We are thrilled to announce Neha Gaibi's promotion to Senior HR Consultant. She joined Eames 18 months ago with the ambition to enhance her global HR expertise and foster a positive workplace culture.

Neha has warmly welcomed new starters globally, becoming their first point of contact and consistently providing exceptional HR support. As Eames Group has expanded, Neha has adeptly managed our diverse HR processes, administration, and systems, always delivering outstanding service with a smile.

Neha’s enthusiasm extends beyond her primary role. She is an active member of our Belong@Eames (ED&I) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) committees. She has been instrumental in raising awareness of cultural and religious events within #TeamEames. Notably, she spearheaded our first Culture Day and delighted everyone with her idea to celebrate World Kindness Day with an anonymous cookie exchange.
